Contact this Craft Anything guide
The mailbox below is for the guide. It is not Craft Anything support, and it is not a place to send files from a target program.
Not affiliated with the ArtCraft team or the Craft Anything maintainers. We do not host installers. Downloads go to GitHub Releases. Use the software only on targets you are allowed to examine.
support@craftanything.online — questions about these pages, a wrong link, or a correction. We do not accept accounts, API keys, or private project archives. Messages that ask us to inspect software you do not have rights to will not be answered with a procedure.
App bugs and feature requests
Use GitHub Issues on storytold/craft-anything, or the Discord the project links as discord.gg/artcraft. Include the release tag and what doctor printed. Leave out anything you would not post in public.
This site is not official. We do not host installers. Downloads go to GitHub Releases for storytold/craft-anything. Examine only software you own or are allowed to examine.
What to put in a guide email
Name the page URL on craftanything.online, the sentence that looks wrong, and the GitHub asset name you expected. A screenshot of this website is fine. A copy of Craft Anything’s MSI, AppImage, or disk image is not; we will not store it. If the home page button failed, say your OS and whether the GitHub release loaded in your browser. If a translation is missing, note that this package is English only. We may take a few days. We do not run phone support or a ticket portal.
What we will ignore
Requests to inspect a game dump, to mail a patched binary, to share an account, or to explain how to bypass DRM, a login, or anti-cheat. Those are outside this unofficial Craft Anything guide. The same limits are in the upstream project. Do not send API keys, Claude credentials, or a zip of a private rebuild. If your message is really an app crash, file it on GitHub so the people who ship the tag can see it. If you need the official product site, that is craftanything.lol, not this mailbox.
Other channels
Privacy questions about this domain belong on the privacy page first, then email if the page is unclear. Install failures that are really “wrong CPU file” belong on Troubleshoot. Steam Deck questions that are really Linux AppImage questions belong on the Linux and Deck pages. We will reply in English. We cannot change STATUS.md or cut a release. We can fix a sentence on this site when it disagrees with the current GitHub Assets list.
Turnaround and scope again
A useful message is short: URL, expected asset name, OS, and whether GitHub itself loaded. An unuseful message is a 200 MB project zip, a login cookie, or a demand for a signed MSI by return mail. We will not re-host GitHub. We will not join a screen-share to click through Gatekeeper. We will not invent Gaming Mode steps. If your question is “which file,” the answer is already on Home and Releases: windows-x64.msi, linux-x86_64.AppImage, macos-universal.dmg, then SHA256SUMS.txt. If your question is “why Clean room refused a tool,” that is a mode switch, documented on Clean room vs Deep, not a vendor outage. If your question is “doctor sees no agent,” sign in Claude Code or another listed agent on that computer, then run doctor again. If the app crashed, GitHub Issues is the log that maintainers read. If this website 404s a path, say the path. If you want a German or Spanish guide, this package does not ship one. If you want the official narrative, leave this domain for craftanything.lol. That split keeps this mailbox small enough to answer actual copy errors.
Do not send
Those attachments delay or end the thread. Point at a public GitHub issue instead when the problem is the app. Keep private captures on your disk. The About page repeats the same split between this website and the repository so you do not have to guess the right inbox twice.
- Installer binaries or checksum files we already link on GitHub
- Accounts, API keys, Claude sessions, or Copilot tokens
- ROM dumps, firmware, or archives of software you do not have rights to
- Requests to bypass DRM, logins, or anti-cheat
- Phone numbers expecting a callback
FAQ
- Can you email me a Craft Anything installer?
- No. Download it from GitHub Releases.
- Is support@craftanything.online the app vendor?
- No. It is only this unofficial guide. App vendors and maintainers are on GitHub and Discord.
- Where do doctor failures go?
- GitHub Issues or Discord, with the tag and doctor text. Not as an attachment of your project tree. Say the OS and the asset filename. Do not mail the MSI, AppImage, or disk image to this guide; GitHub already hosts those files and we will not store a second copy on this domain.
