About this Craft Anything guide
craftanything.online explains how to download and start Craft Anything. It is independent of the people who build the app.
Not affiliated with the ArtCraft team or the Craft Anything maintainers. We do not host installers. Downloads go to GitHub Releases. Use the software only on targets you are allowed to examine.
What we publish
English install pages for Windows, Linux, macOS, and Steam Deck desktop mode, plus first-time setup, a Clean room versus Deep comparison, release-file notes, and short troubleshooting. Download links point at GitHub Releases for storytold/craft-anything. We do not mirror installers, and we do not operate the official site at craftanything.lol.
What we will not do
We do not take feature requests for the app, and we do not inspect a target for you. Bugs in Craft Anything belong on GitHub Issues or the project Discord. Mail to support@craftanything.online is for this website. Do not send accounts, tokens, or private project files.
Names
Craft Anything, ArtCraft, and the related product names are used here so you can find the software. They belong to their owners. Using them on this guide does not mean the owners endorse the guide.
This site is not official. We do not host installers. Downloads go to GitHub Releases for storytold/craft-anything. Examine only software you own or are allowed to examine.
How this guide is structured
The home page is the download map: Windows MSI, Linux AppImage, macOS disk image, and a pointer at GitHub when the API fails. Install overview splits by operating system. Steam Deck reuses the Linux x86_64 AppImage in Desktop Mode. Setup covers doctor, coding agents, Clean room, and the Documents folder. Clean room vs Deep explains inspection policy. Releases explains asset names and checksums. Troubleshoot lists the usual file, permission, and agent failures. About and Contact describe this website. Privacy and Terms are legal pages for craftanything.online, not for the app. English is the only language this package ships.
Relationship to the GitHub project
storytold/craft-anything is the source of truth for binaries, STATUS.md, ROADMAP.md, and the README. This unofficial Craft Anything site quotes those documents in install language and links out. When they disagree, the repository wins. We do not vendor a fork of the installer. We do not run a CDN in front of GitHub Assets. We do not collect crash reports for the app. If you want to compile from source, the README’s Rust version and Linux library list are upstream requirements, repeated here only so you do not mix them up with a release install.
Limits of an unofficial page
We cannot sign you into Claude Code. We cannot reset an ArtCraft account. We cannot host a faster mirror. We cannot promise an alpha tag will still match last week’s screenshots. We will correct a wrong filename or a dead link on this domain when you mail support@craftanything.online. We will not write a DRM-bypass, a dump of software you do not have rights to, or a walkthrough of someone else’s protected binary. If you wanted the official product story, use craftanything.lol or the ArtCraft app page. If you needed the file, use GitHub Releases.
Editorial policy
Pages describe published installers, first launch, doctor, inspection modes, and where bugs go. They do not rank coding agents, do not promise a rebuild quality, and do not list every GitHub tag. Screenshots in the upstream README are not hosted here. We write in English because that is the language of the repository docs we follow. We link Discord and Issues instead of duplicating chat. When a release adds arm64, riscv, or FreeBSD files, those names belong on the release page first; this site’s download picker still highlights Windows x64, Linux x86_64, and macOS universal. Steam Deck stays a Linux footnote on purpose: there is no separate package to market. Legal pages cover this domain’s cookies and terms only. The app’s license is on GitHub.
What “unofficial” means in practice
You can close this tab and still install from GitHub. You can ignore our Setup wording and follow README.md. You should not ignore STATUS.md when it says an agent is unfinished. Maintainers do not owe this website a review. If they rename an asset, our button may lag until someone notices; Assets is always current. Do not treat a paragraph here as a support contract. Do not treat a copper-colored page as the product UI. The product UI is the window you get after a real MSI, AppImage, or disk image from the storytold organization. This About page exists so searchers can see the split: marketing site, source repo, independent install map.
